Mr. Lau has been a dedicated member of the DHC Board of Directors as a Volunteer and Treasurer since 2023. A graduate of UH in Business Management, he served a two-year church mission in Taiwan, where he learned Mandarin. As an insurance agent with Finance Insurance, Mr. Lau educates people on financial savings, debt management, investment strategies, and charitable giving. He actively coordinates and transports donations for DHC, and his fundraising initiatives include trading cemetery plots at Hawaiian Memorial, Valley of the Temples. Additionally, he serves as President of the Tay Young Foundation, which offers college scholarships and promotes Asian culture.

Helene S.M. Honda, brings over 15 years of experience in the special education field, as well as over 25 years with Halau Hula Ka No’eau as a hula dancer, as a practitioner and international education liaison. Served as an executive board member with Muolaulani, non-profit Native Hawaiian Arts and cultural foundation. Has a background as an event planner and care consultant for large events to small goal oriented cases implementing systems and process changes in order to achieve their strategic objectives. She is currently with the Department of Education in the Special Education department specifically with the medically fragile. Bachelors of Science in Sociology and emphasis with Law and Society from Utah State University, Masters from Chaminade University in Counseling Psychology and Doctorates from Argosy University in Education emphasis in Clinical Psychology. She is published and is currently working on another book for publication.

Carole Reynolds, born in London and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, moved to New York City in 1984 before serving in the U.S. Air Force and marrying William T. Reynolds III. A dedicated mother, veteran, and mentor, Carole cherishes her role as a grandmother, imparting wisdom to her two grandchildren. Since 2023, she has led the Dynamic Healing Center as President of the Board of Directors and founded the It Takes a Village Outreach Program in Honolulu, providing essential supplies to local residents and veterans. With a BA in Criminal Justice and extensive experience in community service, Carole has earned numerous accolades for her contributions, including the Community Service Award from the NAACP Honolulu Hawaii 2020. Her life's motto, "Learn something new every day or you have just wasted a day," reflects her commitment to making a positive impact wherever she is.
